Services provided include:
• Identifying propertie(s) for purchase at auction
• Identifying the best propertie(s) at the best price
• Providing comparable price information
• Providing legal clearance of title to the property
• Obtaining legal possession of the property
• Obtaining physical possession of property
Our proprietary software enables us to find the best deal on the market at the best price.
FEE AGREEMENT
Our fee is 6% of the purchase price of the property. A good faith down payment of $1500 is required to begin services; however it will be deducted from the 6% fee. For those clients who purchase properties in volume, the following fees shall apply:
3-5 properties = 5% of the purchase price
6 or more properties = 4% of the purchase price
If the above properly sets forth our agreement, please sign below and keep one copy. Your services begin upon our receipt of this Agreement executed by you and our receipt of the agreed-upon fee.
This agreement can be terminated at any time by either party at will.
